2008 Wauneta Harvest Fest Photo Contest

How to Enter Photos

  1. If you haven't registered on the Champa Group Photo Galley website.  Register yourself.  This is located on the top right of the screen.  Just press the Register button.

    Note:  If you previously entered entries     in either 2005 or 2006 we have registered you and will send you an email with the logon information.  If you haven't heard from us by Tuesday, July 17.  Please call Ashley Einspahr at 308-394-6600 ext. 1004 or email her at PhotoContest@champagroup.com
  2. Login - located in the top right of the screen.  Press the Login button.
  3.  You will be taken to your own secure Photo Album area to add photos.
  4. Select add items from the left column to add photos to your album.
  5. By default you may add 2 photos at a time.  To upload more than 2 photos at the same time, simply press the More Upload Boxes button (located under the bottom Caption button).
  6. Make sure you enter the Caption for each photo.
  7. Photos will be moved from your album to either the General or Barn categories by Champa Group each morning.  Photos containing a barn will automatically be entered in Barn category.
  8. Note:  Once we have moved your photo, it will no longer appear in your photo album.






 

 

 

 

2008 Wauneta Harvest Fest Photo Contest Rules

  1. Limit of 10 Photographs total per Login.
  2. You do not reside locally to enter, however prizes awarded will be in Champa Group gift certificates  redeemable at Champa Group LLC or for printing services through our local businesses in Wauneta, Nebraska. 
  3. Only photographs made with a digital camera or scanned photographs. Photograph must be in jpg format.
  4. Photos in the online gallery will be presented in 640x480 pixel or optionally by the viewer in the original size.
  5. We will be printing photos in a 5"x 7" format (either portrait or landscape) for the photo display in our the office on Saturday, July 28. Photos submitted that are smaller than 5"x7" will be printed at the original size.  Photos larger than 5"x7" will be reduced to 5"x7".
  6. The photograph must be the original work of the entrant with all rights belonging to the entrant.
  7. Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud.
  8. Photographers must have sufficient permission of any recognizable models or other persons appearing in the photograph to be able to grant to Champa Group the right to display their photographic submission online.
  9. Photos displayed in the Champa Group Office on Saturday, July 26.  These 5" x 7" prints will be used for the judging in both the Critic's Choice and People's Choice divisions.
  10. Winning photographs may be published online and in local news media. Entrant will retain copyright.
